Becoming a member of the Western Springs Music Club can happen in one of two ways and begins by attending one of our monthly programs as the guest of a current member. Please see detailed information below on how to begin the process!
Performing Member
Becoming a performing member begins with a short audition in front of our audition committee. After successful completion of the audition, the musician will be accepted into the club. As a performing member, one is asked to commit to one performance per season at one of our monthly programs which run from September through May.
Sustaining Member
The second way in which an individual can participate in the Western Springs Music Club is by becoming a sustaining member. Sustaining members represent two-thirds of the club’s membership and contribute to it in a number of important and meaningful ways to help make it the wonderful organization that it is. Not only do they support the club as an eager audience, but they also participate as volunteers helping out before and after performances. It’s a great way to make friends and to support our local musicians!
